Gilles has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution, including litigation. He also handles other dispute resolution methods, in particular inter-company mediation, having been trained by the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre.
Gilles has been assisting and advising leading French banks for over twenty years. He is involved in managing their day-to-day disputes, but more particularly strategic disputes involving the liability of these financial establishments.
Lastly, he assists many foreigners with their plans to settle and invest in real estate in France. In this capacity, over the past twenty years, he has developed a range of services around the practice of family office and offers advice and support exclusively for families with a range of skills organized in-house or outsourced.
He was a member of the Conseil de l'Ordre (Bar Association) from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018. He is also a lecturer at the Law and Political Science Faculty of Aix Marseille (Master II “Spécialité Procédures Bancaires et Marché des Professionnels” and Master II “Droit de la banque et des opérations patrimoniales”).
