Guillaume's practice focuses on commercial and corporate law, on both advisory and litigation matters. He holds a certificate of specialization in corporate law from the Conseil National des Barreaux (CNB).

He also has significant expertise in commercial leases. He assists lessors or lessees in negotiating and drafting their leases, and in managing their disputes, including those relating to setting the rent for revised or renewed leases.

Since January 1, 2014, he has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the Caisse de Règlement Pécuniaire des Avocats (CARPA) in Aix-en-Provence.
