Main Areas of Practice

A specialist in corporate, commercial and insolvency law, Bernard founded BBLM & Avocats in 1985 and is now managing partner. His main areas of practice are restructuring and assistance for companies facing difficulties and under insolvency proceedings, advice on sales-acquisitions and company restructuring, as well as arbitration and commercial litigation.

Bernard has authored many articles, in particular on insolvency proceedings; he is a member of “Prévention & Retournement”, “Droit & Commerce”, “Lexteam”, “IFPPC”, “ASIC”, “ARE” and “AGITE”.
